Recycle electronics at the Wintertime Farmers Market

PAWTUCKET – An electronic recycling event will be held at the Wintertime Farmers Market, Hope Artiste Village, 1005 Main St., on Saturday, Feb. 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Indie Cycle LLC will be accepting electronic items including computers, laptops, monitors, televisions, routers, PDAs, cell phones, mice, keyboards, ink-jet printers, toner cartridges, CD/DVD players, radios, cameras, network equipment, wires, stereos, plastic speakers, telephones, microwaves, small household appliances, and acid lead batteries such as auto/marine and back-ups and more.

A $10 disposal fee will be charged for laser-jet printers, wood-cased speakers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and other coolant-containing devices.

No light bulbs, single use batteries, plastic tapes/disks, glass plates/bowls, broken TV tubes, cardboard, Styrofoam or any hazardous materials.
