Two theaters suspend programming

PAWTUCKET – Due to risks associated with COVID-19, representatives from Mixed Magic Theatre on Mineral Spring Avenue and Burbage Theatre on Blackstone Avenue have suspended programming.

“In consideration of state and federal guidelines concerning the containment of COVID-19, Mixed Magic Theatre will postpone programming until further notice,” stated a release. When the time is right, we look forward to rescheduling these popular programs and events.”

Burbage’s programming is also suspended until further notice.

“But there’s no need to panic,” stated the company. “We are working to ensure we have programming waiting in the wings for you when we’ve all returned to normalcy.”

At this time, all purchased tickets at Burbage will be available for exchange, and the company plans to evaluate conditions on a weekly basis with the intent to resume scheduled performances.
