Lisa Marie Cabral – Lincoln

Lisa Marie Cabral – Lincoln

Lisa Marie (Amaral) Cabral, 53, passed on Saturday, April 18, 2020, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the former wife of Manuel Caetano Cabral.

Lisa was born and raised in Cumberland. She is survived by parents Manuel and Elisa (Carvalho) Amaral, and by her brother, Manny Amaral, of Cumberland. She had lived most of her life in Lincoln.

Besides her parents and former husband, she is survived by one son, Matthew Cabral Sr., and his wife, Kaylee, of Pascoag; her two daughters, Melissa Reasor, and her husband, John, of Richmond, Amanda Cabral of Lincoln; and four grandchildren, Dylan, Brandon, Jordyn Reasor, and Matthew Cabral Jr.

Lisa was the most wonderful and loving mother any child could ask for. Her life always revolved around her devout Catholic faith and the love that she had for her family. Meeting Lisa meant that you could not hold a conversation without the mention of her children or grandchildren. She also had an incredible ability to find happiness in any situation. Along with her caring personality, came a woman that had the most amazing memory. She endured many challenges in her life, but through her faith and strength, she always prevailed. She was at home surrounded by all of her loved ones while holding her son’s hand. She left her loved ones with the comfort in knowing that they have the most amazing angel looking over them.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a later date. Private burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Boulevard, Suite 3004, Warwick, R.I. 02886, or to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, 1025 Vermont Ave NW, 10th Floor, Washington, DC 20005, would be appreciated.
