Ronald J. Siravo – Johnston

Ronald J. Siravo, Sr., 79, passed away on May 4, 2020, at the Odd Fellows Home of Worcester after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Providence, R.I. on May 14, 1940, a son of the late William and Jennie (DeStefano) Siravo. For many years Ron worked in advertising as a neon sign maker. He was a member of the Sign and Pictorial Painters and Decorators Union Local 729. Ronald and Louise enjoyed going to the horse races, casinos and travelling throughout New England. Also, spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He leaves behind his beloved wife of 60 years, Louise E. (Renzi) Siravo; his daughter, Deborah Sorensen and her husband, Larry, of Holden, Mass.; son Stephen of Smithfield, brother, William, and sister-in-law, Carol, of Smithfield, and sister, Nancy Hayes, and brother-in-law, Michael, of Bristol; four grandsons, two granddaughters, two great-granddaughters and a great-grandson; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his son and namesake Ronald J. Siravo Jr. and his sister Barbara.

Due to the current health crisis and resulting government restrictions, funeral services for Ron will be held privately. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date when it is deemed safe. The arrangements are in the care of the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester.
