Traveling back out down the hall to the main living area, there are stairs in the foyer that lead to the full basement. It is not a walkout but has a bulkhead access.

Overall this ranch offers 4,168 square feet of living space and six rooms. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well-maintained. The house itself sits at the top of the entrance to Cold Spring Park but the way it is situated it is nestled in and private. The two-car, attached garage sits on the left side of the house that is almost hidden from view with a tree in the front yard as well as the stone wall and landscaped bushes.
