Pawtucket Library offers access by appointment

PAWTUCKET – The Pawtucket Public Library is now offering access to the building by appointment for some library services. Appointments may be made for browsing sections of the collection, using a computer, copy machine, fax machine, scanner and microfilm machine.

To make an appointment for in-building access, call the library at 401-725-3714, ext. 200, between 9 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Curbside pickup is also available. Call the library to request materials and schedule a pickup time. For more information, visit the Library’s website at www.pawtucketlibrary.org.

Library users who make appointments to come into the library must come alone, bring identification or their library card and they should wear face coverings, practice social distancing and self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms on arrival. Library employees are also wearing masks, practicing social distancing, cleaning frequently and are screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms.
