North Providence Library reopens, offers outdoor art studio for children

NORTH PROVIDENCE – The North Providence Union Free Library has reopened for browsing hours. The library will be open at limited capacity on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Wednesdays from 2 to 6 p.m.
