IEED offers financial literacy program for young adults

PROVIDENCE – The Institute for Economic Empowerment & Development, the charitable arm of the Rhode Island Black Business Association, will present the program Financial Literacy 101: A Beginner’s Guide to Finances, on Thursday, Feb. 18, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
