North Providence Library announces outdoor reading bubbles

NORTH PROVIDENCE – The North Providence Library has kicked off National Library Week, “Welcome to Your Library,” with outdoor reading bubbles. Reading bubbles will be available Mondays through Thursdays for the month of April.

Enjoy the sun and free wi-fi as you read, work or eat. Reading bubbles are available on a first-come, first-served basis, or same day reservation for the following times in 1-hour increments: 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. Call the circulation department for more information at 401-353-5600, ext. 2.

The Tuesday Book Club Zoom Meeting for grades 3 through 5, will be held Tuesday, April 13, at 6:30 p.m. Copies of this month’s read “Inkling,” by Kenneth Oppel, are available at the library. Registration is required for the Zoom link and pre-packaged snacks to enjoy while discussing book during the meeting. For more information, call the Children’s Department at 401-353-5600, ext. 5.
