Mindful Mondays offered at Cumberland Library

CUMBERLAND – Join Cumberland Public Library’s Melissa Chiavaroli each Monday at 7 p.m. on Zoom as she will introduce a new tool to make mindfulness an intuitive practice and will end each session with a short online meditation.

Registration is required; visit www.cumberlandlibrary.org and register by 6 p.m. on Monday.
