A thank you to those who helped clean our parks

The Cumberland Parks & Recreation Commission wishes to thank those who joined us to support our Parks Clean-up Day this past Saturday. Across our four locations, more than 80 volunteers came together to help us spruce up our parks. In addition to volunteers, we were pleased to see Highway Department personnel on site at the Monastery and Diamond Hill Park, helping with the removal of debris and yard waste.

We also want to offer our thanks to Mayor Mutter and Sarah King, who were on hand at Valley Falls Heritage Park, and to Town Council members Mike Kinch and Lisa Beaulieu, who assisted us at the Monastery. For their support on Saturday and their ongoing advocacy for the improvement of our public spaces, we offer our gratitude.

Hooray for Cumberland!
