Kayne D'Amore - Lincoln

Kayne D'Amore, 63, of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, May 17, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Michael A. D'Amore and they had been married for the past 31 years.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William Tetreault and the late Rose (Neri) Duschene.

Mrs. D'Amore served as a master sergeant in the Rhode Island National Guard for 30 years.

Mrs. D'Amore was later employed as the CCD coordinator for the historic St. Joseph Church, Cumberland, for many years.

Kayne enjoyed drawing and photography. Those who love her will always remember her always caring for others.

In addition to her husband, she leaves her son, Michael A. D'Amore, of Scituate; her brother, William Tetreault, of Woonsocket; her two sisters, Rebecca Usenia of Providence and Babbette Small of Connecticut. She was the sister of the late Maryann Tetreault, Gail Comeau, Lisa Marshall, Terry Howarth, and David Tetreault.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Kayne's life celebration to be held with visiting hours on Sunday, May 23, from 1 to 4 p.m., and continue on Monday, May 24, at 9 a.m., in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Route 122, Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. in the historic St. Joseph Church, Cumberland. Burial with military honors will follow in the R.I. Veteran Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215-5450.
