Eastern fitness specialist Bob McManus will teach a weekly tai chi class for seniors at EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. in May. McManus has taught tai chi for 30 years, and welcomes all seniors in the community to learn the Chinese system for meditative physical exercise. This class is free and open to local seniors. The afternoon story hours will be held on May 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30. As usual, there will be enjoyable stories and crafts. Registration for May's story hours will begin on April 15 and run through the end of April. Registration is required.
