NORTH SMITHFIELD – Arthur and Kristen (Potter) Cheamitru announce the birth of a son, Arthur James Cheamitru Jr., on July 12 at Women & Infants Hospital. Arthur weighed 6 pounds, 3.8 ounces. He is the grandson of Samuel and Gloria Potter of North Smithfield, and Peter Cheamitru of New Port Richey, Fla., and James and Victoria Waterman of North Smithfield.
