LINCOLN – Michelle C. Lalanne and Stephen Renehan exchanged wedding vows in a morning ceremony on June 15 at St. Ambrose Church. The officiant was The Rev. Thomas Ferland. A reception was held at Kirkbrae Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Catherine Lalanne of Albion. The groom is the son of the late F. Donald and Barbara Renehan, formerly of Middletown.
The honor attendant for the bride was Michael Lalanne, brother of the bride. The honor attendant for the groom was Dr. Gail Renehan, sister of the groom. The flower girl was Madeleine Lalanne, niece of the bride. The ringbearers were Trevor Palmer, nephew of the groom, and Matthew Lalanne, nephew of the bride.
The bride received her bachelor’s degree in 1996 and her master’s degree in 1997 from Northeastern University. She is employed by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The groom received his bachelor’s degree in 1986 from Providence College and his MBA from the University of Rhode Island in 1992. He is employed at Ocean State Business Development.
The couple traveled to Jamaica for their honeymoon. They live in Smithfield.
