NORTH PROVIDENCE – As a registered nurse, says Senate District 4 candidate Lenny Cioe, “I know what it’s like to be a first responder.

“Often during my work, such as at Fatima Hospital during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve met people on the worst day of their lives. Those are the same challenges that our police and firefighters face. To turn my back on police or firefighters would be like turning my back on my fellow nurses. I won’t do it,” he said in a release.
