CUMBERLAND – Longtime meditator Alan Post will lead a workshop on how to use regular meditation practice for mental and physical health benefits at the Cumberland Public Library, 1464 Diamond Hill Road, on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at 6:30 p.m.

There will be some meditation sitting at the end.
