LINCOLN – The Lincoln Public Library, 145 Old River Road, is offering a variety of activities to keep the kids occupied during school vacation week.

• Tuesday, Dec. 26: Drop in between noon and 3 p.m. for grab bag crafts. A variety of winter-themed crafting kits will be available to choose from, so take what you want to make. For ages 4 and older.

• Wednesday, Dec. 27: Join in a “do it yourself” craft at 2 p.m. Make a spinner using a recycled CD, marble, and patterned paper template. Once spinners are made, there will be a competition to see whose spins the longest. For ages 8 and older.

• Thursday, Dec. 28: Find out what it’s like to be an author and illustrator by creating your own “Little Golden Book.” Bring your imagination to the Children’s Room at 3 p.m., and the library will supply the rest. For ages 4 and older.

• Friday, Dec. 29: Take in a family movie matinee at 2 p.m. in the Program Room. This sequel film stars some famous Minions who are back on screen creating mischief. (Rated PG)
