Jeanne M. (Goulet) Desaulniers, 88, of Maple Street died March 13, 2013, at Landmark Medical Center after a long illness.

She was the wife of the late Robert A. Desaulniers who passed away in 2000. A lifelong Woonsocket resident, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Lilianne (Jolicoeur) Goulet and the stepdaughter of the late Lydia (Gendron) Goulet.

Mrs. Desaulniers is survived by three sons, The Rev. Richard P. Desaulniers, Pastor of St. James Church, Manville, Daniel R. Desaulniers and his wife Maryann of Shorewood, Wis., and John R. Desaulniers with whom she lived; two daughters, Janice L. Grondines of Woonsocket and Renee C. Desaulniers of Cranston; four grandchildren, Keith and Andrea Grondines, Major Linn Desaulniers and Elise Hatchker; and six great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, March 18, 2013, at 10 a.m. in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Avenue, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Manville. Calling hours will be Sunday 2 - 4 and 7-9 p.m. in The Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. James Endowment Fund, P.O. Box 60, Manville, RI 02838.
