Steven R. Paulhus, 62, formerly of Blackstone, passed away in Genesis Milford Center on Sunday, Sept. 19.

Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Robert L. and Muriel D.(Jodoin) Paulhus.

Steve worked as a quality inspector for Work and Leisure for several years. He enjoyed arts and crafts, playing cards, day trips and watching movies on his DVD player. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by one brother, Donald Paulhus, and his wife, Lori, of Port Charlotte, Fla.; three sisters, Karen Clement and her husband, Lee, of Millville, Mass., Sharon Crawley and her husband, Mike, of Cumberland, R.I., and Nancy Hamel and her husband, Glenn, of Woonsocket, R.I.

He was also the brother of the late David and Andre Paulhus.

A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 29, at noon, in the S.DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket. Relatives and friends are invited. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to noon, prior to the service. Burial will be in Scott Cemetery, Center Street, Bellingham, Mass.
