Harvest Sangria Ingredients: 1 ounce Makers Mark Bourbon 1 ounce Peach Schnapps 3 ounces Your Favorite Pinto Grigio 4 ounces Apple Cider Shake ingredients in a 24 ounce shaker until there is a nice foam formed. Garnish rim of your favorite drinking glass with caramel and graham cracker crumbs. Pour ingredients into your glass. Spinach Saut in a hot pan with your favorite olive oil until the spinach is softened. Season with salt and black pepper. Bistro Sauce Ingredients: Heavy Cream Unsalted Butter Parmesan Cheese Blue Cheese Crumbled Diced Bacon Diced Scallions In a hot saut pan boil heavy cream then add butter add Parmesan & Blue Cheese Crumbles. Stir in and come to Potato Croquette Ingredients: Scallions Parmesan Cheese Cheddar Jack Cheese Garlic Mashed Potatoes Seasoned Panko Crumbs (season with salt & black pepper) Mix chopped Garlic Mashed potatoes, scallions, Parmesan Cheese, Cheddar Jack Cheese. Form into a 3 inch croquette 1 inch thickness. Encrust the croquette with seasoned panko crumbs. Fry at 325 degrees in an oil fryer. Cook until golden brown crust on the outside.
