Applicant seek a Dimensional Variance in accordance to the Glocester Code, Chapter 350, Article III, 350-13 - Table of Dimensional Regulations, Building Coverage required in an A-3 zone. e maximum building coverage permitted in an A-3 zone is 4%. e applicant proposes to build a 1,196 sq. foot home on the property/lot which is 10,498 sq. feet in size (.241 acres).
