The Board will hear the following: The continuance of the petition by Scott Perry of 803 Iron Mine Hill Road to build a 24X24 attached garage to the existing dwelling at 803 Iron Mine Hill Road. The applicant seeks relief from section 5.5 District Dimensional Regulations, subsection 5.5.1 Residential Districts, front and side set-backs in a RA district. The petition of GEM Fencing, LLC to establish a fence company at 1184 Providence Pike, AP 11, lot 225. The applicant seeks relief from section 5.4.8(2). The property is located in a RA zoning district. It was previously a nursery. The continuance of the petition of Anthony Delvicario to install a 625,324 square foot commercial solar array on the property at AP 10, lots 218 and 24. The applicant is seeking a Special Use Permit pursuant to sections 5.4.9(10) for a ground mounted solar photovoltaic system for commercial use in a RA zoning District, a Special Use Permit pursuant to section 6.19.8 for a use within a Water Supply Protection Overlay District and a dimensional variance pursuant to section 5.7.5(b).
